And that Joseph Sunderland before and at the time of the committing of the Offence hereinafter next mentioned, was servant to John Holmes and others, and that the said Joseph Sunderland afterwards and, whilst he was such servant as aforesaid to wit, on the seventh Day of November in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and ninety, with Force and Arms, at the Parish of Bingley in the West Riding of the County of York, Twelve pounds and thirteen shillings in money, of the Goods moneys, and Chattels of the said John Holmes and others his said Masters feloniously did steal, take and carry away, against the Peace of our said Lady the Queen, her Crown and Dignity.

And the Jurors aforesaid, upon their Oaths aforesaid, further present that the said Joseph Sunderland afterwards to wit, on the same Day and Year aforesaid with Force and Arms, at the Parish aforesaid, in the Riding aforesaid, Twelve Pounds and Thirteen shillings in money, of the Goods moneys and Chattels of the said John Holmes and others, feloniously did steal, take and carry away against the Form of the Statute in such case made, and provided, and against the Peace of our said Lady the Queen, her Crown and Dignity.

And the Jurors aforesaid, upon their oath aforesaid, further present, that the said Joseph Sunderland afterwards, to wit on the same Day and Year aforesaid, with Force and Arms, at the Parish aforesaid, in the Riding aforesaid, the same Goods moneys and Chattels, in the second Count of this Indictment mentioned, then lately before feloniously, stolen, taken and carried away feloniously did receive, he the said Joseph Sunderland, then well knowing the said last-mentioned Goods, moneys and Chattels to have been feloniously stolen, taken and carried away, against the Form of the Statute, in such case made, and Provided, and against the Peace of our said Lady the Queen, her Crown, and dignity.

And the Jurors aforesaid, upon their Oath, aforesaid, further present that heretobefore and before the committing of the Felony aforesaid, in the several Counts of the Indictment charged and stated, to wit before the Court of Summary Jurisdiction (being a Petty Sessional Court) sitting at the Town Hall Bradford, in and for the said West Riding of the County of York, on the seventeenth Day of April in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and eighty five the said Joseph Sunderland was convicted of Felony, which said conviction is still in full force, Strength and effect, and not in the least reversed, annulled or made void.
