John Thompson, late of Yorkshire-street, Rochdale, saddler was not opposed, but the court thought he had acted unfairly towards his creditors, in the disposition of his property, and remanded him for the period of five calendar months, from the time of filing his petition, at the suit of some one or more of them, under 47th section of the act.
