IN HER MAJESTY'S SUPREME COURT OF KENYA AT NAIROBI
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
CAUSE NO. 74 OF 1952

Notice of application for probate of the will of William Brownrigg Thompson, late of Nzai Emali, in the Colony of Kenya, deceased.

TAKE NOTICE that applciation havin been made in this Court by Sir Frank O'Brien Wilson and Ferdinand William Cavendish-Bentinck, C.M.G., D.S.O., of Kilma, Liu and Nairobi respectively, for probate of the will of William Brownrigg Thompson, late of Nzai Emali aforesaid, who died at Machakos on the 12th day of March, 1952, this Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered on or before the 12th day of May, 1952.
