Leaves One Thousand Pounds sterling to Alice Tidswell - divorcee. If she dies before Herbert to be equally divided amongst children.

Appoints Mildred Eleanor Tidswell, born Huntly to be sole heiress of remaining effects.

Cancels advances made to children during his lifetime.
