The nominations for the extraordinary vacancy caused by the resignation of Councillor F.L. Waters for the north ward of the town of Northcote were received yesterday. The candidates are Mr. J. W. Plant, newsagent, Mr. J. L. Bagley, auctioneer, and Mr. Herbert Tidswell, builder.
