LUMB LANE, BRADFORD.

TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, by Mr. J. BUCKLEY SHARP, at the Pack Horse Inn, Westgate, Bradford, on Monday, the 2nd day of September, 1861, at Seven o'clock in the Evening precisely, subject to such conditions as will be then produced.

ALL that FREEHOLD SHOP, and the Dwelling-House connected therewith, adjoining the Infirmary, in Lumb Lane, in Bradford aforesaid, and now in the occupation of Miss Jane Smith: and also Six FREEHOLD COTTAGES, adjoining the said Shop and Dwelling-House, and now in the respective occupations of William Oddy, Thomas Shires, Susannah Slingsby, John Tidswell, Thomas Parkinson, and Nanny Hill.

The property is situate in one of the greatest thorough-fares in Bradford, and part thereof may, by a small outlay, be converted into good shops.
