IN the COURT of BANKRUPTCY for the LEEDS DISTRICT, at the Commercial-buildings, Leeds. - In the matter of THOMAS TIDSWELL, of Pine-street, in Bradford, in the county of York, joiner and cabinet maker, by whom a petition for adjudication of bankruptcy, bearing date the Twenty-second day of October, 1868, hath been duly filed, and under which he has been adjudged bankrupt. First meeting at the said Court, on Monday, the Ninth day of November, 1868, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, when the creditors may choose trade assignees. A second meeting will be appointed for the bankrupt to finish his examination. At both meetings the bankrupt is required to surrender, and proofs of debts will be received.
