In the Matter of a Deed of Arrangement between FREDERICK CHARLES TIMS, residing at "Chelston", Timsway, Chertsey-lane, Staines, in the county of Middlesex, CHARLES FREDERICK TIMS, residing at " Mountebank," Timsway, Chertsey-lane, Staines aforesaid, and DAISY MARY RICHARDSON, Married Woman (the Wife of Percival Richardson), of 2, Park-parade, Gunnersbury-lane, Acton, London, trading together in co-partnership as Stone and Builders' Merchants, at Midland Goods Depot, Wandsworth-road, in the county of London, and their creditors, dated the 5th day of February, 1929, and registered under the Deeds of Arrangement Act, on the twelfth of February, 1929.
