John A. Tobuch Jr., 88, of Garden Homes, formerly of Calumet Park. He was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy A. nee Watson who passed from this life September 29, 2011.
John is the loving father of Tom (Karen) Tobuch, Michael Tobuch and John Tobuch III. He is the devoted grandfather of Shannon, Tiffany, Heather, Melanie, Cody, John IV, Courtney and Michael Jr. and the proud great grandfather of eight. John is the dear brother of Dorothy Chandler and the late Richard (Mary Ann) Tobuch.
John was a veteran of both the US Navy and the US Army. He was a member of Amvets and Tin Can Sailors.
Visitation for John will be held Sunday, November 12, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 10:00 am at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip.
