Francis James Trowell, formerly of No. 15, Carlton-square, Pomeroy-street, New Cross, in the county of Surrey, Provision Merchant, afterwards of No. 1, Pomeroy-street, New Cross aforesaid, Butcher, and next and now of No. 12, Carlton-square, Pomeroy-street, New Cross aforesaid, out of business or employ, having been adjudged bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in Her Majesty's Court of Bankruptcy, in London, on the 13th day of June, 1864, is hereby required to surrender himself to William Hazlitt, Esq., a Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of creditors to be held before the said Registrar, on the 5th of July next, at twelve o'clock at noon precisely at the said Court. Mr. George John Graham, of No. 25, Coleman-street, London, is the Official Assignee, and Messrs. Ody and Adams, of No. 14, Trinity-street, Southwark, are the Solicitors acting in the bankruptcy.
