Notice to Creditors.
WHEREAS John Dalton the younger, of No. 11, of Osborne-place, Blackheath, Kent, Grocer, did by deed on the 23rd day of September, 1853, assign all his estate and effects to George Byrnes Peart, of Saint Mary-at-Hill, Thames-street, London, Cheesemonger, and Francis Trowell, of Old Kent-road, Surrey, Egg Merchant, in trust for all his creditors, and such deed of assignment has been duly executed by the said George Symes Peart and Francis Trowell, and the execution thereof by the said several parties thereto is attested by Richard Hollier Atkinson, of Chancery-chambers, Quality-court, Chancery-lane, London, Solicitor, where the same now lies.
