NOTICE is hereby given, that Charles Cauham, of Weston-street, Norwood, in the county of Surrey, Grocer, hath by an indenture, dated the 31st day of October, 1859, assigned all his estate und effects unto Edward Evison, of No. 16, Wellington-street, Southwark, in the said county of Surrey, Grocer, and Francis Trowell, of New Cross, in the said county of Surrey, Egg Merchant, in trust, for the equal benefit of such of the creditors of the said Charles Canham, as shall execute the said indenture within two months from the date thereof; and which said indenture was executed by the said Charles Canham. Edward Evison and Francis Trowell, on the day of the date thereof, in the presence of, and is attested by, Charles Armstrong, of No. 33, Old Jewry, in the city of London, Solicitor; and the same indenture now lies at the office of Messrs. Ingle and Gooddy, of No. 37, King William-street, City, E.C., for execution by the creditors of the said Charles Canham.
