NOTICE is hereby given, that by an indenture, dated the 28th day of May, 1860, James Joseph Child, of Norwood, in the county of Surrey, Grocer, hath assigned all and every his stock-in-trade, and other his personal estate and effects, unto Francis Trowell, of Old Kent-road, in the county of Surrey, Egg Merchant, and James Pontifex Woods, of High-street, Borough, in the county of Surrey, Provision Merchant, as trustees, upon trust for themselves and such other of the creditors of the said James Joseph Child as should execute the same indenture within three months from the date thereof; and which said indenture was duly executed by the said James Joseph Child, Francis Trowell, and James Pontifex Woods, on the day of the date thereof, in the presence of Charles Armstrong, of No. 33, Old Jewry, in the city of London, Solicitor, and the same indenture now lies at the office of the said Charles Armstrong, for execution by the said creditors.
