and that said Elsie M. Weston is 19 years of age, color is White, residence is 359 W. Hazelhurst, Ferndale, Michigan and birthplace was Highland Park, Mich,, occupation is None, father's name George Edward Weston, and mother's maiden name was Annie Regby [sic] and who has been previously married no time, and whose maiden name was --, and whose -- consent, in case she has not attained the age of eighteen years, has been filed in my office.
