Alexander Mayersbach of Saville Row MD died possessed of Seven thousand eight hundred Pounds Five PCent Annuities 1797 and upon February 19th. 1798 Probate of his last Will and Testament was granted at Doctors Commons to
Sarah Mayersbach Widow the Relict of the said deceased
Thomas Lane
and John Edmunds
three of the Executors Power reserved of making the like Grant to John Hanson the other Exor. named in the said Will.
In the Will the Testator signs himself Alexander von Mayersbach
Will is dated September the 18th. 1797.
The Testator nominates all his Executors Trustees
There the said £7800 must be transferred to
Sarah Mayersbach Wo.
John Hanson
Thomas Lane
& John Edmunds
who may then dispose of the same being empowered to alter vary and dispose of the same by the Testator as they shall think proper
