A SECOND and Final Dividend of 2 5/8d. in the pound has been declared in the matter of proceedings for liquidation by arrangement or composition with creditors, instituted by Alfred Whichelow, of Nos. 41, 42, and 43, Grange-walk, Bermondsey, 175 and 176, Grange-road, Bermondsey, and No. 24, Long-walk, Bermondsey, all in the county of Surrey, Skin Dresser and Dyer, and will be paid by me, at the offices of Messrs. A. C. Palmer and Co., Chartered Accountants, 7 and 8, Railway-approach, London Bridge, in the county of Surrey, on and after Wednesday, the llth day of February, 1885, between the hours of eleven and two. - Dated this 3rd day of February, 1885.
