NOTICE is hereby given, that a petition for the winding up of the above named Company by the High Court of Justice, was, on the 16th day of January, 1905, presented to the said Court by George Ward Cook, of Hawford, in the county of Worcester, Gentleman, George Whichelow, of Tidal-place, Tanner-street, in the county of London, Merchant, Charles William Boyce Bridson, of the London Stock Exchange, Stock Jobber Frederick William Fetch, of the London Stock Exchange Stock Jobber, Edward Phillips, of Basildon House, in the city of London, Merchant, and Frederick Stuart, of 14 Aldridge-road-villas, in the county of London, Gentleman, contributories of the said Company; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, in the said county of London, on Tuesday, the 31st day of January, 1905; and any creditor or contributory of the said Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an Order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing by himself, or his Counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring the same by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same. - Dated this 17th day of January, 1905.
