Pursuant to the Statute 22 and 23 Victoria, cap. 35.

NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims against the estate of George Thomas Whichelow, otherwise George Whichelow, late of 82 and 84, Tanner-street, Bermondsey, in the county of London, and Number 111, Marine-parade, Brighton, in the county of Sussex, but formerly of Tidal-place, Tanner-street aforesaid, and 62, Clapham-road, in the county of London, Leather Manufacturer, deceased (who died on the 5th day of March, 1914, and whose will, with two codicils thereto, was proved on the 4th day of April, 1914, by Thomas Frank Neighbour, David Josephs, and Arthur Preston, the executors named in the said will), are hereby required to send the particulars, in writing, of their claims to the undersigned, Solicitors for the executors, on or before the 31st day of May, 1914, after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice; and they will not be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. - Dated this 15th day of April, 1914.
