The Pupils of this School have made distringuished entrances into Harrow, Rugby, Marlborough, Uppingham, Westminster, Shrewsbury, Repton and Fettes; also one recently obtained a Sizarship at Trin. Coll., Camb., value £50 per annum; three passed the Preliminary Legal Examination, one Cooper's Hill, and six last Cambridge Local.

A limited number of Boarders is received.

The pupils have a cricket ground and pavilion in Sefton Park. Sons of professional men and merchants only are admitted.

Two Scholarships are offered annually for competition.

The Next TERM will BEGIN on the 19th inst.
