MR. ROBERT LAKE COBB (of the firm of H. and R. L. Cobb) has been appointed by the Vice-Chancellor Sir John Stuart to sell by auction at the Mart, Tokenhouse-yard, near the Bank, London, on Friday the llth day of June, 1869, at twelve for one o'clock in the afternoon, in one lot pursuant to an Order of the High Court of Chancery, made in the matter of Arthur Davies, and in the cause of Davies v. Atkinson.

A valuable freehold property, situate at Upper Tooting, immediately opposite the King's Head, in the parish of Streatham, about half a mile from Balham Railway Station, and about one mile from Tooting Junction Station, comprising four cottages, fronting the High-steet, with Baker's shop, bake-house, and oven and store room over, a shed used as a stable, garden, &c. Also a Cooper's shop with shed, good garden and yard, and in the rear another cottage, large shed adjoining, and open yard, communicating with the High-street, by a side entrance by the baker's shop, in the occupation of Mr. G. Brett, Baker, Mr. J. Lendon, and Mr. W. Pates, Cooper, old tenants, at rents amounting to £100 15s. Od. per annum.
