THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me MARIA LITTLEWOOD of 123 Roundwood Road Willesden in the County of Middlesex
I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
I devise and bequeath unto my husband George Daniel Littlewood of 123 Roundwood Road Willesden aforesaid Gentleman my leasehold houses Nos 121 and 123 Roundwood Road aforesaid and all my furniture and household effects during his life and on and after his death in trust for my daughter Elizabeth Mary Bye of 97 Roundwood Road aforesaid during her life and after her death the said trustee to have power to sell the same and out of the proceeds thereof to divide the same between the persons and in the manner hereinafter expressed
To my son Joseph Thomas Hollis the sum of £25
To my son Russel Hollis the sum of £25
and to my husbands son Benjamin Littlewood the sum of £25
and the remainder thereof to be divided equally between all or any children of my said daughter Elizabeth Mary Bye on their attaining the age of 21 years or being a daughter married
I bequeath unto my granddaughter Elizabeth Mary Lloyd of Garnet Cottage Felstead Essex my gold watch and chain
I bequeath unto my granddaughter Helena Esther Broomhall of 54 Burns Road Harlesden in the County of Middlesex the Family Bible
I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate not hereinbefore otherwise disposed of unto my said husband George Daniel Littlewood
I appoint Alfred Eddington Bye 97 Roundwood Road Willesden in the County of Middlesex to be my EXECUTOR and trustee of this my will
