Robert Foster Wray, late secretary to the Leeds Central Loan Society, who has been two or three times adjourned, was supported by Mr. Travis and opposed by Mr. Blanshard on the ground that the insolvent had committed several breaches of trust in not accounting for money which he received on account of the loan society. His Honour thought none of the cases brought forward by the opposition were fully established, and he ordered the discharge of the insolvent, whose conduct he strongly reprehended.
