To share her "household furniture horses cattle farming stock implements in husbandry moneys in the funds securities for money debts to me owing and all other my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever".
They were to "invest the sum of four hundred pounds part thereof in or upon the Government stocks or public funds or securities of Great Britain" etc. etc. etc., and pay the interest etc. on these to her daughter Hannah Eaton, wife of John Eaton "for her separate use and not subject to the debts control or interference of her husband and her receipt alone notwithstanding her coverture to be an effectual discharge for any money".
After Hannah Eaton's death the holdings were to be put in trust for all the surviving children of Hannah Eaton, and their issue.
Two hundred pounds was to be invested likewise and proceeds paid to Elizabeth's daughter Martha Acton, similarly hedged off from her husband.
After Hannah Eaton's and Martha Acton's deaths, if they had no existing issue, the income from the residue from their inheritances was to go to their sister Ann Bebbington. She was not yet married, but the income was to be likewise hedged off from any future husband. Immediately after the deaths of the last of Hannah or Martha, their income was to be placed in trust for all the testatrix's grandchildren
including any her son John Bebbington might have.
Executors were to be Peter Ore, Thomas Griffiths, and her son John Bebbington.
Elizabeth made her mark.
On 11th October 1841, the Executors swore that the estate was under the value of four ['three' has been crossed out] thousand pounds. Alongside is the unexplained note 'NW 60 pounds HR'.

Confirms that the estate value was under 4,000 pounds, and admon was granted to Peter Ore, Thomas Griffiths and John Bebbington the Executors.
