Died May 1820 will proved 4.8.1820 reciting degree of High Court 27.12.1823 after claim by George Smith and others plantiffs ( george being son of George testator) Mary Smith Penfold and Grantham defendants and sale by public auction 22.10.1828 when Henry Wright was highest bidder for lot 1 (being messe firstly described) and William Woolnough highest for lot 2 (secondly described) and subsequent sale by Woolnough to Wright of Lot 2.
