reciting 28.9.1812 John Hopkins/ George Smith being lease unto Smith of messe or tenement in High Street then used as two messuages for term of 99 years

and that George Smith signed certain papers undated and purporting to be his will

and which paper was proved as his will 4.8.1820

Mary Smith by will 10.12.1834

Died 25.1.1837 and will proved by Inkpen and Drummond 3.3.1837.

Died leaving 5 children namely

all having reached age of 21 years and and reciting that William, Thomas and George were her only children that died in her lifetime.

Elizabeth Churcher died 31.12.1837 and letters of administration were granted to her husband

Acknowledgement by parties of the first part of receipt of their inheritances.
