Nos. 2, 3, and 4 Sections to carry out practices on three scceeding [sic] days.

 
  2   This Unit transferred from command of CRE 10 Corps Tps. Engrs to CE Tripdist. CE Tripdist letter CE3103: Appendix H.1.  
  6   Unit comes under command of No. 1 CRE Aerodromes for Works and Administration. HQ Tripdist letter CE3103 of 6 Sept.  
  16   First notification received that this Unit is SOS MEF and taken on strength BNAF. GHQ O 2E MEF Part ?? Orders Nos. 4188 and 4237.  
  19   Athletic's meeting held against 551 Army Troops Coy., RE, in which this Unit ran out easy winners. Individual winners of races were presented with bronze medals turned and engraved by 551 A.Tps Coy.  
  25   The work carried out by this Unit during the month consisted of re-roofing hangars, building watch tower and sundry repairs to billets, RAF hospital, etc., etc.

  27. 1100 hours Verbal instructions received from Mov. & Tn. Tripdist that unit was to prepare for movement.

All work ceased at 1200 hrs and afternoon taken up with tool inspections, oiling, sharpening, etc.

 
  30   A successful Athletics meeting held against 192 Rly Construction Coy. RE, in which this Unit ran out comfortable winners.
