U.M.I. 57 Area inspected Company transport.
Engine removed for replacement from Chevrolet Truck No.4412903. Mileage of engine 50,000. This is the second engine taken out of the truck since it was taken on charge in June, 1941. In this time the truck has done approx. 80,000 miles and great credit is due to 1989247 Dvr. Evason C.C. who has driven the truck since it was new. |
