Ann Lea of Davenham Spinster, supported by Reverend Goodwin Purcell of Charlesworth, Derbyshire, Clerk [who later married Sarah Lea!], and Peter Barker of Middlewich, Gentleman have sworn that
Ann Lea is the lawful Granddaughter and as such is administratrix of the goods etc. of Ann Bebbington late of Davenham Widow "deceased without Child living at the time of her death"
