Young, Cpl. Albert, 30 Chelmsford Terrace, Bradford Moor, of the West Yorkshire Regiment, has been posted missing since the 3rd May. Prior to joining the "Pals" at the age of 17 years, he was employed by Messrs. Field, Sons & Co., printers, Southgate.

29/6/1917 Newspaper Report - Our Glorious Heroes
Young, Cpl. Albert, 30 Chelmsford Terrace, Bradford Moor, and of the West Yorks, who was previously reported missing, is a prisoner of war in Germany, word to this effect being received from him this morning. He says he is quite well, and asks for a parcel to be sent as the food is very poor.
